01This app is not medical

AntiPanic is an educational and self-help training app. It is not a medical device, is not registered as a medical product, has not undergone clinical trials, and has not been approved by any regulator (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.) as a medical device.

The app's content is based on publicly available psycho-educational material and techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), self-regulation methods, and breathing practices. It is not individualized therapy.

The app does not replace:

If you suspect you have an anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder, or any other mental illness — please consult a professional. The app may be a useful complement to professional care, but not an alternative.

The app contains breathing exercises. They are generally safe, but if you have:

— consult your treating physician before starting breathing exercises. If during breathing you experience severe dizziness, loss of consciousness, chest pain, or discomfort — stop immediately and seek medical help if necessary.

Responses to psychological practices are individual. We do not guarantee that the app will:

Use of the app is at your own risk. If you notice your condition worsening, new symptoms appearing, or anxiety increasing — stop using the app and contact a professional.

06Not for emergencies

The app contains an SOS mode designed to help you ride out a panic episode in the moment. It is not an emergency service. The app does not call for medical help, does not transmit information to any professional, and does not monitor your state externally.

If your condition is worsening, you are losing consciousness, experiencing severe chest pain, cannot breathe, or are having thoughts of self-harm — call emergency services.
