AntiPanic is an educational and self-help training app. It is not a medical device, is not registered as a medical product, has not undergone clinical trials, and has not been approved by any regulator (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.) as a medical device.
The app's content is based on publicly available psycho-educational material and techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), self-regulation methods, and breathing practices. It is not individualized therapy.

The app contains an SOS mode designed to help you ride out a panic episode in the moment. It is not an emergency service. The app does not call for medical help, does not transmit information to any professional, and does not monitor your state externally.
If your condition is worsening, you are losing consciousness, experiencing severe chest pain, cannot breathe, or are having thoughts of self-harm — call emergency services.
