AntiPanic is a self-help app, not a medical product. It does not replace a visit to a doctor and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment. If you are in acute crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services. See the full Medical Disclaimer for details.

By installing, opening, or using the AntiPanic app ("App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, do not use the App and please uninstall it from your device.
These Terms form an agreement between you and the App's developer ("we", "us"). They are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
The App is a self-help and psycho-educational tool: a 30-day program on panic attacks, breathing techniques, a state diary, and a quick SOS mode. It draws on widely-known approaches from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psycho-education, and self-regulation techniques.
The App is an informational and training tool. It is NOT:
The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please do not use the App without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Parents who learn that a child under 16 is using the App can uninstall it from the device — this will permanently erase all locally stored data.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The license remains in effect as long as you comply with these Terms.
The App is distributed free of charge. We do not charge for installation, use, or features. Should paid features ever be added, this will be communicated separately and will not affect existing free functionality.
By using the App, you agree not to:
All rights to the App — its design, structure, text, graphics, audio, source code, logos, and other intellectual property — belong to the developer. Use of the App does not transfer any rights to you, except for the license described in section 4.
Content you create yourself (diary entries, voice memos, answers to program prompts) belongs exclusively to you. We have no access to it, do not use it, and acquire no rights to it.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
If applicable law does not allow full exclusion of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, but in any case will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero, since the App is free).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. All local data will be permanently removed at that point.
We may discontinue support for the App, remove it from app stores, or change its functionality at any time without notice. Since data is not stored on our side, discontinuation will not cause loss of your entries — they remain on the device until you uninstall the App.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you in-app and/or on this page. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the developer resides. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it amicably first — please contact us at the address below. If that fails, the dispute is subject to resolution in the competent court at the developer's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
