Clear boundaries on what you can expect from the app — and what you can't.

TL;DR

AI Inbox is a task management app with voice input. Some features require a subscription via the App Store. The app is provided "as is" — it's not a substitute for professional task management in critical situations, and important reminders should be backed up elsewhere. Reverse engineering and bypassing protection are prohibited.

1Acceptance of terms

By using AI Inbox, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the app and remove it from your device.

If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2Service description

AI Inbox is a mobile application for managing tasks, reminders, and notes using voice input and AI processing. Core features include:

creating and managing tasks and reminders;
voice input via on-device speech recognition;
local push notifications;
offline operation — all data is stored locally.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. System requirements and compatibility are listed on the app's App Store page.

3Subscription & payment

Some features of AI Inbox are available by subscription. Terms:

Payment is processed through your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Pricing is shown in the App Store and may change — Apple will request your confirmation in such cases.
Subscription management and auto-renewal: iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. We have no technical ability to issue refunds directly.

If you have an active free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid one at the end of the trial period unless cancelled in advance.

4Acceptable use

By using the app, you agree not to:

use the app for any illegal activity;
attempt to bypass technical protection measures, including the subscription system;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the code;
create derivative products based on the app without permission;
use the app to harm other people or their data.

If violations are discovered, we reserve the right to limit or terminate your access (including via Apple ID-level App Store blocks).

5Intellectual property

All rights to the design, source code, icons, graphics, fonts, text, trademarks, and other content of AI Inbox belong to the developer and are protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

User content (your tasks, notes, voice recordings) remains your property. Since this content is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and claim no rights over it.

6Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

data loss due to device failure, iOS updates, app deletion, or other causes;
missed or untimely reminders and notifications;
direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or other losses related to use or inability to use the app;
accuracy of voice recognition (depends on Apple's system);
compatibility with future versions of iOS.

Important

AI Inbox is a supplementary tool. For critical tasks (medication reminders, important deadlines, safety) we recommend backing up reminders in multiple sources. Do not rely on a single app in situations where missing a task could lead to serious consequences.

7Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device. All local data will be deleted.

We may terminate or restrict your access to the app in case of violation of these terms or by request of law enforcement.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the developer's jurisdiction. Disputes not resolved through informal channels will be settled in accordance with applicable law and Apple App Store rules.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

9Changes to terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app and/or on this page. The effective date is shown at the top of the document.

By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the updated version. If you do not agree with the changes — stop using the app and uninstall it.
