AI Inbox stores your tasks, reminders, settings, and voice note recordings exclusively on your device. We don't collect personal data, track location, or use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
The app works without registration or an account. You don't need to provide a name, email, phone number, or any other personal information.
All data is used only to make the app work:
Data is never shared with third parties and never leaves your device without your explicit consent.
When you use voice input, audio is processed on your device through Apple's built-in Speech Recognition (on iOS).
Note: Apple Speech Recognition may, in some modes, send short audio fragments to Apple servers to improve accuracy. This is standard iOS system behavior, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to this data.
The app uses local push notifications for reminders. This means notifications are generated by your device without contacting a server.
Notification permission is required. You can disable it at any time: Settings → Notifications → AI Inbox.
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not back up data to the cloud and have no access to the contents of your tasks or notes.
You can delete all data at any time:
If you use Apple's iCloud Backup, your data may be included in the iOS system backup. This is standard iOS behavior, which you can control in your iCloud system settings.
Data is protected by standard iOS security mechanisms:
No system is perfectly secure. However, since your data is never transmitted to servers, the main risk vector is limited to physical compromise of the device itself.

We do not use any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
The app is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data (e.g. through a subscription), please contact us — we will help cancel the subscription and remove related data.
We may update this Policy. For significant changes (e.g. if the app starts collecting data), we will notify you within the app and/or on this page. The effective date is shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the updated version.
